Willy's Empanada House

Great selection of Empanadas! Of the many flavors our group of four shared, the Hawaiian was my favorite. This was a fun stop on our Sedona day trip. They even stamp initials into the crust so you know which is which. See the photo below. The order taker was friendly and informative.

Delicious, flaky, wood fired empanadas, generously filled! We tried a dozen "Premium" with my wife and both agreed they were all quite great! The only one that wasn't to our liking was the Philly Cheesesteak. Counter service is nice an efficient. Empanadas came out quickly, about 10 minutes. The selections are plentiful and varied. Unfortunately they were out of the Jalisco Lamb. We'll definitely be back for that! Decor is simple and attractive leaning on "Dog Centric". Overall delicious and won't break the bank. 12 Premium Empnadas and 2 beers, $95. (Yes, we had 4 leftover for lunch the next day.) Cheers

Sooooo yummy! Seems to be a newer place but glad we tried it. Had chicken curry, ropa vieja, pepe and corn & squash. All were well liked. If I lived here, i would try all flavors to determine which are my favorite. Will come back when in town!

We stopped by to get some dessert empanadas after dinner. Definitely worth it. I had the strawberry dulce the leche empanada, but was happy to see a vegetarian section in the menu. Will definitely come back. Prices for the empanada weee a little higher than I would expect for their size.

If you want some amazing empanadas, or pizza, you definitely have to try out Willies! We’ve been three times already, and everything has been amazing. My favorite so far have been the pepperoni pizza empanada, and their onion pizza (shown in the picture.). Great local spot, with an easy atmosphere. The place is dedicated to the owners pup who passed, Willie. I love that they have a rainbow bridge on the wall, and anybody can bring a picture of their pups. Such a sweet tribute!
