Willimantic Public Library

The librarians are very helpful. Also, they have a decent collection of books. I became a member and am looking forward to visiting again.

The staff here is literally amazing. I have never had even the slightest cause for a complaint. I love libraries and it is so nice to find one with genuinely good people who are just clearly so happy to be doing a great job and providing a wonderful experience. Just try not to fall asleep LOL it is very cozy vibes

Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Computers are consistently available for the public to use. The monitors have HDMI, so a person can connect his own computer to a monitor to have a larger screen to work on. There is a scanner that patrons may use for free. Scanned documents may be saved to a USB drive or emailed. Printing is available at a nominal charge per page. A post office is next door, so it is convenient for a person to scan a document before mailing, if desired. There are some comfortable chairs for reading and some tables for spreading out materials. The entire adult section is on the ground floor, so patrons who have difficulty with stairs will not have accessibility difficulties.

Staff is super friendly and welcoming! They help find anything you need and are always willing to help you even when they are caught up on something else. Their programs are thought out and very entertaining!
