So a few points: 1. The beef brisket had decent flavor, especially the fatty parts, but it was SO DRY 2. The collard greens weren't good at all, I can't even explain the taste... 3. The fries and toast was pretty solid, but being that I came for BBQ, those shouldn't be the best things I've had that day. I don't have any complaints about the service or the cleanliness of the place though! They have plenty of other things in the menu that may be good, but it's just that the ones that I ordered wasn't it

Customer Service update: received a call within 15 minutes from the owner of the store who made everything right. Really appreciate him and the way he handled the situation and would give the business a second chance after my encounter with the owner. Upgraded review from 1-3 stars. CHECK YOUR FOOD. I was driving with the family to Ft Lauderdale. It was lunchtime and we had just crossed the Florida line. We stopped at Willies and the food was amazing, especially the brisket. The corn fritters were great. They even had smoked turkey 1/4 for our miniature golden doodle.

Warning : if you order through their website online it will NOT inform you if they are out of anything. Plus, if you already paid for the meal, willie Jewels will not refund you your money back, the cashier and or manager (Kerri) doesn’t know the process and tells you you have contact the company that is being used at WJ’s to get your refund. The cashier was extremely Rude, stating,” we don’t refund, good luck, just because you order on our website doesn’t mean we’re responsible for refunding you the difference when we run out of food.” Manager had NO clue how to process a refund and was completely rude with skyTab agent trying to ascertain the status of the order in order to provide customer service. Brisket is right on, loved all the four sauces, but the collard greens were so oversalted, couldn't finish it. But ambiance was lovely. The cornbread was very soft and sweet. Quick in and out, just what we needed on our road trip.
