Five star service and food. We love this deli for all the classic sandwiches like chicken parm and buffalo chicken. The owners, Vicki and Rene, treat everyone like family and serve with love and care 💚. We are so fortunate to have Wilkes in our neighborhood!
buffalo chicken on a round roll (cheddar ranch lettuce optional) maybe blue cheese if you’re feeling funky 🎷 🎺 ask for a summer mix also no matter the weather 🍹
Wet lettuce makes for a horrible sandwich. I have never been served wet bread from the lettuce like I have here. Stay away!
plain Buffalo Chicken on a long roll or BBQ Chicken Cutlet long roll easily still make it worth coming to visit Ridgewood.
All things including chicken cutlets or buffalo sauce are outstanding. I’ve been going my whole life and both the people and the food are awesome.
