Update: although I had it not so great experience this time, the last time it was amazing. I will say that the manager that I spoke to regarding the experience went above and beyond to make it right. He made me feel heard and let me know that this is not normal for their establishment. That is not common in this business to find someone willing to make bad situations right so it is much appreciated and says a lot about the business. This went from being one of our top dining experiences two years ago for my birthday to one of the bottom for my birthday this year. There were two staff working the whole front. Dinner at Wiley’s Bistro is rich, savory comfort food done right, with generous portions, familiar favorites, and a menu worth lingering over. Spicy heat, crunchy bread, cheesy goodness… my favorite. • Prawns are exactly what you’d expect. • Smoked Mozzarella Baguette savory, garlicky, dip-happy bread vibes. • Beet Salad is a full 10/10. Fresh, balanced, and memorable. • Wedge Salad is classic and satisfying. • Ravioli Entrée no portobello; subbed with cheese ravioli, and it worked beautifully. Creamy, peppery, parmesan goodness. • Braised Short Ribs fork-tender, rich, drenched in a delicious wine gravy. • Mud Pie coffee ice cream vibes with Azte

In my honest opinion, the food was average and nothing to get excited about. My wife had the crab covered salmon that was overly seasoned and overdone. The short rib was a little too lean for my liking. My son had the Beef Wellington . He had it medium rare and it was a little on the chewy side. Just average tasting food. I would not go back solely because of the quality to price ratio.

We'd been wanting to try Wiley's for quite some time. We had seen all the great reviews. Restaurant week was a great reason to go. Let me tell you- all those great reviews weren't wrong. Wiley's did not disappoint in any area. The food, drinks, and service were all EXCELLENT. Even the atmosphere was perfect. Because it was restaurant week, we had the prix fixe menu. If one was ordering everything we had, (shrimp risotto, chicken curry, two different salads, and two desserts), without the prix fixe, it would have been pretty spendy, but definitely worth a splurge. Couldn't find anything that wasn't absolutely perfect. Highly recommend!

Honestly was amazing. Our table had a variety of allergies and chef was very accommodating and even came out and talked 1on1 with me directly. He was so sweet and understanding. What an awesome experience and a great place to eat and to be. Thank you chef and wileys for such and amazing experience!
