Wildflour Bake Shop

I found this little gem today. Apparently they have not been open long. It was almost closing, but Rae gave me a good idea of their usual offerings. I took home a few bagels and some banana walnut bread. The bacon cheese bagel might be the best bagel I have ever tasted! It was soft on the inside and lightly crisped on the outside, and the flavour was fantastic! I had to try the banana bread next, and yes, it was also delicious. I'm very excited to try her bread loaves (no high fructose corn syrup!). Definitely coming back. :) Update: From the jalapeño cheddar bagel I made a salmon burger. Just a bit of mustard, salmon patty and a slice of cheddar. It was magnificent!
