Wilder's Cutting Edge Bistro

I had really high hopes for this restaurant, but was incredibly disappointed. We ordered the lobster cakes to start, which were decent — although, the garnish lettuce underneath was wilted and tased like the bagged lettuce you get from the Walmart salad kits when they go bad. This made me nervous, because we put in the order for the appetizer and entrees all at once, and I had ordered a salad. I was anxious that the salad was going to use this same nasty lettuce. Unfortunately, my fears were confirmed when the entrees arrived. The lettuce was the same, and the prime rib I got on the salad looked fatty and weird. It was also kind of cold when it came out. Have been here many times and keep coming back. The spinach artichoke dip is phenomenal and I’d be happy to eat a truckload. The selection changes a lot which gives us the opportunity to try different seasonal drinks and dishes. We usually get sat in the back bar area which is a bit bland decor wise but we are there for the food so it does not bother us. Waitstaff is usually attentive and kind, though we have had an occasion where it seemed our server got swamped and forgot to check in. Would definitely recommend you give it a try.

A TRAGIC MEAL. I should have recognized when we arrived the place was nearly empty. The owners must eat elsewhere, as if they did the quality of the meals served woud be substantially improved. It is empty for a reason. As hard as our server worked to make us comfortable, it could not make up for the dismal quality of the Ribs we were served. The ribs were tough, dry and poorly coated. Even I couldn't screw ribs up this bad. To spend $100 for a set of overcooked ribs and a drink is nothing short of foolish. The owners must be considering closing the facility as they are not investing in the basics.

Loved the Smores Martini!! I had the lobster cakes, I wasn't pleased with them, I thought they were overcooked, sat on old lettuce & served with a weird avocado sauce that I didn't like...

My girlfriend and I went here for a dinner date. I have wanted to come to this restaurant because of the menu. We were served by a very nice and attentive server named Dayton. She was courteous and professional. The atmosphere was amazing and there were a good amount of people who were already there having a good time. My girlfriend ordered the brisket egg rolls, and I order some buffalo wings with barbecue sauce, and a double order of ribs. The wings were amazing! And the ribs were really good. The best I've had since Famous Dave's closed. And that's impressive. Shout out to the cooks. If you're looking for a nice restaurant and award winning food, come to Wilder's Bistro. You won't regret it one bit.
