Visiting from Chicago and I was told to visit Dark Horse since it’s closing soon. I went and the line was out the door wrapped around the building so I told myself I can’t miss what I’ve never had. Saw Wild Pastures had a sour dough bread option so I chose to come here. Man, that was a blessing in disguise. I don’t know if I ever said this before, but this is easily the best burger I’ve ever had, and I love burgers. The fries are top tier too😮‍💨😮‍💨 If I ever come to Boulder again, I will definitely revisit.

I don't know why it took me so long to try this place. I ordered a Standard Wild Beef with cheddar, American, pickles, caramelized onions, and mustard on brioche. Side of Small Organic Fries and the Chimmichuri aioli. The burger was so fresh, super filling, amazing flavor, juicy and great char. The fries were solid, nice and crispy. The Chimmichuri sauce is so good and fresh tasting. It reminds me of a mint yogurt sauce that would go on a lamb dish in a nice restaurant. I also loved the little note they left. 10/10 will be going back/ordering again.

Tried out Wild Pastures Burger Company while passing through Boulder. I would say this is a healthy version of Five Guys and we enjoyed it. All beef is grass fed and the fries are cooked in beef tallow instead of seed oils. All their sauces are made in house and our experience was good. We got a Double Burger with Pepper Jack, Single Burger with Swiss and a Large Fry. Food came out quickly as you order at the register then they call your name to pick it up. It is a little on the pricier side but that is expected for better quality food. Great experience!

GLUTEN FREE!!!!! Stop here...eat dinner! Gluten-free bun was amazing. Fries have a dedicated fryer AND they have fried pickles! Was so happy to have found this place. The herb ranch was fantastic with the fried pickles too!
