Wild Eggs

I recently tried Wild Eggs and had a bit of a mixed experience overall. I ordered the Avocado Toast with their new bruschetta spin. Unfortunately, it didn’t have nearly enough balsamic, so it mostly tasted like avocado and tomato piled on top without much contrast or depth of flavor. A little more balsamic would’ve really brought it together. The fried potatoes that came with it, though, were excellent — well-seasoned and cooked perfectly. They were crispy without being burnt and not soggy at all, which can be hard to get right. I also had the Steak Benedict. The steak itself was cooked perfectly and had a great texture, but the seasoning on the eggs slightly overpowered the natural flavor of the steak. Still, it was a solid dish overall. Amazing food, great service with a smile and excellent menu choices... tasty flavors, nice shareable options and relaxed comfortable atmosphere.. 9.8 out of 10 experience.. had drinks with meal so 20 to 30+ per person

We ended up getting Kalamity Katie's Border Benedict and the Breakfast Burrito. The food was perfectly cooked the potatoes were crispy on the outside soft in the middle. The flavors were just absolutely wonderful. We split each dish to try both. Also, ask for the hot sauce their hot sauce. It is a so good. It is a thick really thick sticks to whatever you dip into it and it is a slight sweetness then the heat slowly builds and is so good. The service was outstanding as well. Give this place a try you won't regret it.

Im not sure sure if it was an off day or what but we came around 930 or so AM on Saturday (Feb 21st). Was told 20 to 30 minutes for a wait. We did say two seperate tables of 4 was ok since we had a decent sized group of 8. 45 minutes later, we were seated. A few patrons we held the door for while waiting to be seated had enough time to wait a few minutes to be seated, got sat, drinks ordered, ate, and were on their way out before we even got to sit down. They even made a comment that we're were still waiting. Moving on, we got seated, and sat there for another 10 minutes without any acknowledgement for drink orders, or even to let us know who our wait staff was. We ended up getting up, and walking out.
