Wild Columbia Salmon

Always a lovely experience to see what’s going on that amazing freezer and stock up. This is reliably the best salmon I’ve had the opportunity to enjoy. A pleasure to meet the folks in there, chat with the guys about the fish and thank them for what they do. IMO if you’re buying salmon it’s gotta be native caught and these folks have it dialed 🐟

7-8 varieties of smoked fish to pick. Perfect snack with some cheese and crackers. Still have a little left a couple days later. The person at the store was very helpful and we sat and talked for a few minutes. He was from Wapato. Nice guy.

I was there a couple of weeks ago, the smell from the smoker brought me right to the front door of the shop. Went inside and had a nice chat with the young man Working there, not sure if he was the owner?Anyway, Bought some sugar cured King Salmon as a housewarming gift for my niece in Portland. Now I smoke a lot of salmon and have gotten pretty decent at it, but I've never had anything come close to how good this was. It was sure a hit for a housewarming gift. I can't wait to get back there this spring, I'm going to buy a lot more this time.

The owner is absolutely amazing super friendly and respectful plus the salmon is perfect. I didn't eat a lot of salmon before I worked the cruise ship that docked there and his salmon definitely changed my mind. I definitely recommend to everyone salmon loves and not.

Highly recommend! We happened to be driving by and stopped to check it out. The lady working there was super nice and helpful. Told us about all the different types and flavors. The smoked smell was amazing. Most importantly the salmon was great!! Peppered was the group favorite.
