Wild Burger

Great burgers, came with tater tots. Little on the pricey side. Beer came in an aluminum cup so drink stayed cool. We were served burgers 10 min after paying. Ate at the shaded benches nearby. For reference we grabbed an early lunch around 11:20am on a Friday.

Horrible wait time and ridiculous for a burger stand. Exorbitant prices. Maybe they are understaffed, are they just don't have competent people working.

I do not recommend. Pricing is completely ridiculous! Their cheapest burger is almost $15. Waffle fries $7. The burgers were not that great just plain flavorless meat, the waffle fries are so hard it's difficult to eat them and they're not that great either. You have to order on a screen and there is no option to personalize anything so when you get a burger with pickles and you don't like pickles you have to open your sandwich and start picking it off. Basically their motto should be take our food the way we have it and we don't care if you like it or not.

Just paid almost 50 dollars for the most basic and tasteless burger without any condiments on it and some extra flavorless tater tots. Two meals and drinks for 50 dollar is ridiculous especially when I then had to wait for 5 minutes just to get the staff to give us our drinks. Definitely just packing our food from now on, just thought I'd treat ourselves to the first and last time eating NASTY zoo food.

Waited over 2 hours for burgers. Was told that the good cook whatever order they want when they come in. Several others waited over 2 hours as well. While standing in line waiting for our food after our order the orders were brought to the window approximately 1 every 15-20 minutes. There were two people working 1 register, and at least 5 in the back. Several times when the kitchen doors opened we could visibly see at least 2 of the kitchen worked leaving against the counter not doing anything. There was no sense of urgency from anyone. After waiting 2 hours for 3 plain cheeseburgers that cost us around $40, they gave us grief when we asked for refills from our $4 standard drinks (not typically free refills) just disgust from the staff, and discredit service.
