Wild Berry Acai

Good vibe. Acai bowl was good but not the best i have had. Convenient parking, staff were very kind and helpful!

Buyer beware- I’ve ate here quite a bit between this location and midtown. Thought it was good until I was eating their straight acai and noticed something off. They purposely and misleadingly don’t fill the bowl, and layer it in a way you are barely getting half of what you pay for. I’ve ordered with toppings as well and they load granola in between to make it seem like more as well* It’s even worse when you consider paying for a larger “size”. I’ve probably spent over $300+ here and they will not get another dime from me when there are other local places that don’t scam their customer base. Sad management probably teaches their employees to do this too

Got the Malibu bowl with mango instead of pineapple and it didn’t disappoint. I know it doesn’t look like there is much açaí in the container, but there is more behind the granola. Staff wasn’t very welcoming and the person at the register tried to make a joke, but came off unfriendly.

I have been a frequent customer going to this particular Wildberry for a number of years. I always thought that the food quality was great. Unfortunately, I will say recently, the bowls are not the same. My favorite is the tornado bowl. The organic açaí is now more like a soft serve and tends to melt quickly. The coconut oil is not mixed throughout the bowl, but primarily on the bottom. And the fruit is not diced smaller, but larger pieces. I don’t know if this is a change for both locations or just at the East Nashville location. Overall the products are usually VERY good perhaps it was an off day.😁
