Wienerschnitzel

We had a really bad experience here. My son is autistic, they couldn't understand his order and he repeated it twice I said it once. He ordered a cheeseburger with only ketchup and a strawberry shake. They gave him a cheeseburger with everything and a strawberry lemonade. I went back u counter and repeated order again... the guy in kitchen had to be told 3 times ketchup only. Waited a good 10 minutes then worker asked if we got our food, I said no not yet. Kitchen worker said he Ajay handed it out. Apologetic but had no clue what they were doing. I asked for a manager but no manager was in. Very bad service... by the time I got my son's order my food was cold.... no offers of coupons or anything else just a sorry. I'm editing this review and bumping it up to 3 stars because the manage

I love Wienerschnitzel and was so excited when this one finally opened. We waited in the very long drive thru. They were very quick and the food was pretty good but that is were it ends. I had gone to the main site and looked for our location. One of my favorite things about Wienerschnitzel is the coupons. I saved one for $2 jalapeno poppers. An employee brought us a paper menu to the car while we waited with no prices. When it was my turn to order the very nice employee informed me they were not accepting coupons. Okay no biggie. Moving on we decided we would get a crowd pleaser because it seemed like the best deal. The menu board said the #7 Crowd Pleaser was $28.99. Girl in the front has no customer service I had to ask for ketchup mustard napkins even my cup. 2nd time here both the same girl the same thing

Staff was super nice. Went late at night and the service was amazing. Had questions and was helped. Even made something a combo to save money. Very good food. Thank you

Had a great experience in the drive thru. Customer service was phenomenal, Collin, was patient as we figured out what we wanted. Was right there ready to take our order once we decided. He was cheerful, you could tell he was genuinely happy, even through the microphone. One we to the window to pay, he was just as he sounded, smiling, cracking jokes with us, and was very humble when we told him to keep the change. It's awesome to actually be made to feel as if you're truly family, for the experience. Awesome Job Collin
