Whole Foods Market

I got two cheese danishes today and I was shocked that Whole Foods sold them half raw! Be aware! They are pricey for them to be raw in the middle where I could stretch the dough wow.. I called the head of bakery and she did not even apologize and was not sympathetic or nice. Overall to be honest, other stores are way less expensive and the customer service is way nicer. Not one person that works here ever smiles************ or say thank you for shopping at whole Foods************ or maybe say “EXCUSE ME” when they pass by instead of just staring you in the eye and looking at you all mute like your in my way! Like I’m supposed to read your mind and be the one to move out of your way.. okay so maybe the manager will see this, I hope because in this area as Scottsdale evolves and so forth I’m

People are very friendly and everything was stalked. I did notice that strangely this location has higher prices than the location on Camelback. I found that odd because usually the wealthier areas have lower prices not higher prices. I was able to get in there and get out within the amount of time that I needed and all the staff members were super helpful. Even the lady at the fish counter was very patient with me trying to figure out what to feed my dog. The only reason why the loss of star is because I feel like grocery stores should not be priced different based on location the brands should haveequal prices no matter which location I shop at.

I ordered a pick up order and when I got there there was only 1 pick up parking spot. None of the cars in the pick up spots had people in them. They were being used as parking for shoppers. This is the kind of inconsiderate, entitlement behavior you get in Scottsdale! Sorry Whole Foods, your customers rude belligerence reflects on you. You can't provide a valuable service. I do like Whole Foods though....their customers...not so much!

Overall this is a great Whole Foods. They always seem to have everything I am looking for at fair prices. You will spend less money here for better quality than Safeway. It's always clean, the staff is courteous and helpful and overall a solid grocery store experience. I will return often.
