Whit's Frozen Custard of Stuart

Excellent custard! Wife and I stopped in and got the Penguin tracks with the buckeye special as well as vanilla and butterfinger blend. Very delicious, best custard I’ve had in a while. Friendly service as well, very knowledgeable and nice staff this evening helping us to pick out our treats. We even bought a pint of the Egg Nog on the way out. We will be back and bring friends!

Checked the internet for store hours on 12/20. Showed this location opened at 1:00. We arrived in the afternoon only to find a sign on the door that they were closed. Called right after 1:00 on 12/21 to make sure they were open and operating. A staff member answered the phone and assured us they were open today. Drove the 20 minutes again today. Arrived at 3:00 only to find they were closed again even though we were told they would be open. Extremely frustrating.

We went here tonight 9/6 at 6:50pm and spent $50 dollars with a couple people ordering different things, most were good but I got mine with pineapples the pineapples tasted rotten so I asked for something different then my friend had a milk shake that tasted like so much milk was in it so she asked for a thicker one or to add something like peanut butter they refused and said if we wanted that we would have to pay for it they won’t keep changing our order. What !? There was something wrong with our order and we are the problem, no sorry, learn about customer service because we will never be to whits again there are plenty of other places that will give better service

Nice place. Staff very friendly. Vanilla flavor is very good. Chocolate also. We had the special of the day, chocolate brownie and raspberry, delicious. A lot of toppings, but you can add only one, or an extra $0,75 will be added. The ice cream is like dairy cream, very heavy, it’s not fluffy nor aerated. Overall, a nice ice cream.
