Whitney's Fresh Market

We were from out of town visiting family for the holiday and at first looking for a certain kind of fish, halibut. They didn't have any, but offered to call us back if they could find it for us elsewhere. That was over the top customer service, thank you! We went back the next day after they called to let us know about a similar fish we could try, Sea Bass. We purchased sea bass and grouper. We grilled both for New Years Eve. The Sea Bass is now my new favorite fish besides Halibut which maybe we seem to find it more at home in WI. Thank you for the great recommendation on the Sea Bass and for serving us with such great customer service! We will be back again!

I love this place for its cheapest prices and for the fact they are the only locals to offer salmon belly. I will continue to refer future seafood eaters to this location

Yesterday, I felt like splurging, so I went to see what kind of fresh fish they had. (I had only bought boxes of oysters here before). Ended up with a little over a pound of fresh Chilean Sea Bass (one big piece). I ain’t gonna lie, it wasn’t cheap. But I took it home, cut into 3 pieces and cooked it on the grill, and served it with a lemon butter sauce. Holy Moses that was good! Worth every penny. Thanks guys!

I bought fish and a pound of mussels yesterday for mussels Josephine. 10 were opened and a few iffy!! I tried to text and send photos. So I called. I was told to bring them back and they would replace them. I explained I live an hour away. So a two hour journey and we are having company for dinner with the seafood just purchased. He could have credited my card. Instead he said, "I don't know what to tell you." End of story. What would you have done??
