NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, Terrible experience and completely unacceptable behavior. I’ve been to this place many times before because it’s in my neighborhood, but this visit was by far the worst. They sell pizza for dine-in, so we paid and sat down to eat with my kids. Shortly after, my youngest son urgently needed to use the bathroom. When I went to the bathroom, the door was locked. I waited almost 5 minutes, thinking someone was inside. I knocked on the door and asked if anyone was inside, but no one answered. I then went to the register and asked the employee taking orders if anyone was in the bathroom or if he had the key. He said, “I don’t know where the key is. You have to wait for the manager. The manager is outside.” I waited another 5 minutes while my pizza sat on the table getting co

Never going back . Charge me extra topping but gave me a plain pizza instead . Called them and yet the guy said it’s not his fault and said he didn’t make the order. This for the guy~ gotta make sure it’s the right order before u give to customer . I am not driving back just to get pepperoni on my pizza. Doesn’t matter who makes it … u charge extra money but don’t give what u charged.. stupid !!

The pizza was good but we had to wait 35 minutes for our pie. We got a free 2 liter for waiting so long but other then the wait, I would definitely recommend this pizza shop if you're in queens

Is it the best pizza you’ll ever have, no, but I still enjoy it. For me, sometimes you need that greasy classic NYC pizza. This checks the boxes and delivery is always fast and the pizza is still piping hot. I enjoy their Sicilian and chicken rolls.
