Delicious, high class food using quality ingredients. Gluten free options and they can make burgers low carb by omitting the bun and serving on lettuce. Friendly staff. But be aware, they're very slow. This is a sit down, relax, take it easy and slow restaurant. So keep that in mind if you don't have long in between flights.

During a layover, I had the pleasure of dining at White Horse. The lemon ricotta pancakes were some of the best I’ve had. I never have high expectations for airport food. The food exceeded my expectations.

Average food at what seemed like reasonable airport food prices. Got the $16 buffalo cauliflower. Meh won’t get that again. Minimal effort on that one. $14 BLT was good the bacon was very thick and everything was good here. I’ll order that again. Service was good. Atmosphere, really? you’re sitting down eating in an airport.

White Horse Spirits and Kitchen at SLC Airport is easily the best airport food experience I’ve ever had. The burger is honestly the best burger you will ever find in an airport. Perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and far better than what you expect when you’re traveling. And whatever you do, order the Chips n Egg appetizer. It’s one of those dishes you think about long after you leave the airport. Absolutely addictive. If you’re passing through Salt Lake City and have the time, stop here. Great food, great atmosphere, and proof that airport dining doesn’t have to be average.

I might have been shafted with a poor waiter as a couple of other waitresses appear to be hustling and much more pleasant. The digital order for my table wasn't working and I had to flag down three people before someone was willing to take my order. I ordered three different cocktails, each they were missing an ingredient for. The waiter seemed very impatient with me each time he had to tell me they were missing something. I finally settled on water. Food was fast. Fries are excellent. Burger is part for airport food. Better than fast food but not really good restaurant quality. Atmosphere was excellent overall and tables were clean. Truly the poor review is because of the staff. Observation of the bartender, she seems on point!
