White Duck Espresso

My favorite coffee shop! Every time I stay in this side of town, I have to go here. I absolutely have to! Their mini apple cider donuts are amazing. If you aren't in the mood for their delicious coffee, they have these lotus energy drinks that are also great. Don't forget a sticker!

I did not know exactly what I wanted, but I asked for something chocolatey. The friendly server suggested a mocha, and I got one with a chocolate drizzle which turned out super yummy. Also tried the cinnamon mini doughnuts and they hit the spot; they were quite sweet (which I personally loved), and super fresh. I went on a weekday after work and there was no line. 10/10 for taste, service, and value. I will be back many times

I have never in the past 5 years had an unpleasant experience with White Duck until I visited the Lutz location. My first experience and it will be my last with this location. First, the young lady taking our order was helpful. Then her mood changed when my son got out of the car to throw something away. She walked into the building slamming the door returning with a sign for the bins. She could have simply advised us not to use the bins outside. Her aggressive actions were not needed. Second, we get to the window. I ask to give my phone number to use my points. I was rudely advised the number would be taken at the end. The total was $23 and some change. I stated I wanted to get the free drink with my points. I was asked for my number. Then advised with the free drink it was $15 and some c

This is the only place I come where they verbally ask for gratuity. I chose your coffee shop over the 100 other places I passed on the way that also serve coffee and gave my hard earned money. That isnt gratuity enough? Won't be back until this practice ends, it's kind of ridiculous. Coffee is good tho but it good almost everywhere else too.

Wait? They have food, too? I had no idea. White Duck is amazing, especially their lattes! My one complaint... have 2 drive-thrus with future locations because the word is out and everyone wants White Duck, but the long line has turned me away a few times. Oh and more locations... seriously the best coffee I've had in a long time and I drink coffee daily!
