White Castle

We stopped here after a family outing for a crave case. We were informed as we pulled up to the drive thru that only 2 ppl were working. They both did a fantastic job at getting our food out to us in a timely manner all while even managed to hold together a good attitude. I believe that the 2 working tonight deserve a raise for having to work a Friday night with only two people!

No one in drivethru, now I know why (eyes rollin) imagine how the size of food hasn't changed since I was a little girl (59 yrs ago) is now triple the cost and was horrible at this location! Food literally cold... so much so that the onions were deeply caramelized yet cold and old... mad as hell🫩 Do Better..... Try another location because this one is lame and disgusting!

9/4/25 I went through the drive-through around 7-8pm-ish. The service was poor. I was in the line for so long that the man in front of me backed out and got out of line. I ordered the #1 with jalapeño cheese (my favorite) and on my way home I bit into the most soggiest burger I’ve ever tasted. It was absolutely gross and discussing. The bread was so wet and slimy. See pics. And every single burger was like this.

I placed an online order for pickup and paid online. When I arrived to pick it up, the manager tried to make me pay again. I showed them my bank statement, which clearly indicated the money had already been debited, and presented the email confirming electronic payment with a reference number. Despite this, they continued to argue and insist I pay again.

The floors are super sticky, the bathroom smelled like a sewage facility, there was ash and marijuana stems on the dryer. Absolutely dirty. There was one super nice employee there that was helpful I gave her that much. Some just stand and do nothing when they could have been cleaning and stocking the dining area.
