Food was average. Service was fast and curious exactly as it should be and we did the drive through.
White Castle never disappoints, but this visit was next level thanks to Danielle and Chase. From the moment I walked in, they were friendly, professional, and on point. My order was handled quickly and accurately, the food was fresh and hot, and the overall vibe felt welcoming instead of rushed which says a lot. Danielle and Chase both went out of their way to make sure everything was right, and that kind of customer service really stands out these days. You can tell they take pride in what they do, and it made the whole experience better.
Got a bacon slider and the chicken rings, so good! The slider was perfectly crispy and flavorful, and the chicken rings were hot, crunchy, and hit the spot. Quick service.
I had the chicken rings and the Onion Chips. Personally I thought everthing tasted great. We went through the drive through. No delay.
Food was mediocre at best, stood in the lobby for over 10 minutes before being served. The view of the grill was enough to make your stomach turn. Will not be back
