Which Wich

Had a really weird experience at this location tonight. Came in at 8pm and made eye contact with a worker when we arrived. We were in the process of filling out our orders when all the lights shut off. Another worker came to the side of the restaurant and just looked at us. Confused, I asked if they were closing (even though I knew the door and website says Which Which closes as 8:30pm). He simply says “yes,” and nothing else. Really weird. We put down our filled out orders and just left. Really uncomfortable and weird experience. The employees didn’t seem to care and I find it really concerning that they think it’s acceptable to treat people like that AND shut off all the lights a half hour before closing WHEN there are customers actively ordering. I do not recommend this location. There

Dang. That was the longest wait for a sandwich. Jimmy John's is freaky fast. This place is the exact opposite. Had the same issue with the one in Highlands Ranch that closed down. I'm starting to think it is a Which Wich problem. Also, they were out of carbonation, so no drinks. Out of avocado. Out of fries. Bathroom is disgusting. Painful dining experience. Should have gone anywhere else. And yes, that is a hunk of uncut pepperoni.

This place has gone really down hill. The tables are dirty, the food is nothing special, and the service abysmal. The lady charged my card the amount I had paid in cash and then couldn't return it to me. The cashier called her manager on speaker, the manager said it was possible and that I could have my money back on my card, hung up, and the cashier either didn't understand the request or didn't understand how to do it. Still waiting here now for 40 minutes and still haven't gotten the card refunded. Edit: After an hour of waiting and three different people finally got my card refunded.

This which wich used to be great but over the past few months it has gone downhill. The most recent time they were out of most of the chips. All the workers left the front and went in the back and were just sitting on their phones. I had to ask them to come back out and make our sandwiches. Once the sandwiches were made they weren’t made correctly and they didn’t taste as good as they normally do. The time before that they were out of white bread which is odd. The employee had very long hair and it was not up or in a hair net. My child found hair in his sandwich. On weekends they have kids eat free. Previously we have done this and on their website it says that is the case as well. But this time the employee said they don’t offer that at this location.

I never do this, but it was so good I had to. Went to Witch Wich on Friday and got the Buffalo Chicken no tomato add banana peppers. It was so good, I got another and took a picture of it. I make fun of people who do that so this is a big deal. Easily the best dining experience I've had recently. The employees deserve raises and I will be a regular from here on.
