Whataburger

Wish I could give 0 stars. My husband sat in this drive through for almost 15-20 minutes after asking for FRESH fries. I asked for a #1 with cheese and mayo only. Pretty simple you would think since they don’t have to add lettuce, tomatoes or onions and ketchup. Clearly that was too much to ask for cause what I got when my husband brought it to my work were cold fries that were SOGGY like they had been sitting for hours. I opened my burger to find it looking like it just got out of a boxing ring lol just disappointed that I paid money for this. & it sucks cause I usually love whataburger. The only time I have a good experience with good food here is if I go inside to eat. I’m working 13 hours and just wanted a good meal but didn’t even get that, just sad.

I ordered a combo large plus an extra side of fries. The fries were cold so my husband took them back in for fresh fries.. We got home, only 2 minutes away, only to find that they just dropped the old cold fries back in the grease too get them hot.. They were soggy/hard and horrible!!😤 Food costs too much to not get value

Even though my food was a little cold this visit, I still wanted to leave a 5-star review because the staff truly made up for it with their kindness and professionalism. Everyone was polite, respectful, and had such great attitudes. You can tell they care about their customers. Customer service goes a long way, and the team here definitely delivered on that. Thank you for being friendly and welcoming — it makes a difference!

Great food, and amazing customer service. I bought a meal for a person in need and they threw in an extra coffee and apple pie. I will definitely be back and they will have my business for a lifetime. Thank you Whataburger for the exceptional service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🍔

I usually go to Whataburger just for the burgers, since the service is not always the best. But on Tuesday, 08/19, I went and the service was absolutely spectacular. Congratulations to the team that worked that day, you really made the experience so much better!
