About Whataburger

Customer Reviews
I’ve always liked Whataburger, but honestly y’all should have never came to Louisiana. What I liked about the chain was the customer service, the appreciation for your business, and sadly this location is the worst in terms of customer service and experience I’ve ever been to. It’s in my hometown, and I rarely go, but today will be my last. I understand that ordering kiosks are a new thing, and as I understand they are an option- not a requirement. I tried to simply order chicken nuggets and fries for my daughter and was tomb by the manager the kiosk is available, while 2 other employees stood there. We waited and waited yet were ignored - so we walked out. Maybe I’m old school but I’m not coming to a restaurant of any kind to order through a machine, and if you require it, I’ll end my
This location always slow, everytime ive gone i have to pull up to wait for my food..not like its busy when I go. Maybe 3-4 cars, almost everyone has to pull up and wait, idk. Love the place but Oooooooweee lol
Samara was a friendly cashier. She was very presentable. Sergio was also friendly and even brought our food to us. It was nice to see the restaurant so clean. It seems the workers get along well on this particular shift. We can to eat before 5pm The Blaze Jalapeño Burger was pretty good!
We went on a Wednesday night after church. They were pretty busy because some college students were there ordering and getting their food. But they didn't take to long and ours was brought out to our table. Food was good and hot.
I sat in line on a Sunday evening at 1am for 45 minutes for the spicy chicken sandwich, which is apparently available for a limited time. Not a bad chicken sandwich for just under $7, just the sandwich. As I sat in the line I peered toward Popeyes and pondered their chicken sandwich with no line at such an inhospitable time of the morning. So in total, maybe after a while the lines won't be so long (see Cane's) and maybe next time I'll try a burger. After somehow ordering a $12 Cheeseburger I was asked to pull forward, which I found odd being I was the only person in line. Well, 10 minutes later and 7 cars behind me, 2 have gone by. Whatavurger goes from 4 stars to 3. Tighten up people.
