Whataburger

I went a couple of weeks ago and order three different meals through drive thru and my #1 meal had a huge hair in the burger. I went back and the manager was super nice and refunded me the meal and gave me a free order for the next time. I went today and reordered my meals and why did the same thing happened to me twice. This time I didn’t go back to complain because its frustrating and I’m to disgusted to go back, I only want my meals without hairs.

During the chaos tonight @8:20-ish the manager showed amazing customer service, and they got my order right! My order was curbside, but the drive thru line and packed parking lot was overwhelming; I called to see what could be done and she came on out with my order. 🙏 thank you guys!! Shout out to the MOD tonight, you’re amazing girl!

Always the same thing with this location when I go late at night. I understand it's late you might be tired ect. But at least ring me up right. I always get my order wrong. I order breakfast they give me a lunch menu item. I ask to confirm the order before I pay and they still give me the wrong things. Sure my mistake not going back every time and making them fix it but honestly I just want to get my food not have to wait another 30 minutes to get a new order. Can do much better at this

Neyla from this Whataburger has admirable customer service skills. She gave me everything I needed in an efficient and compassionate manner. Goes above and beyond. Her kindness inspires me to pay kindness forward. You got an outstanding worker here ! Give this girl a raise ! 🙌🏼

Dined in and food was served fast and fresh! The staff was attentive and the environment was friendly. Overall, great experience!
