Whataburger

Came through between 1-2 AM and ordered 2 spicy sandwiches and a tender meal. Both spicy sandwiches were RAW. Drove back through to show cashier at window. Offered to cook up new sandwich. We declined obviously. Cashier said she refunded me my money but I haven’t seen that reflected in my account yet.

I ordered two burgers. When I received I smelt a strong odor than normal. Didn’t think much of it. And when I got home. I noticed the meat out the burgers was sour. They sold me bad meat. Had to throw them away. It was the morning crew

Lisa Williams is the manager. Went above and beyond in customer service. Lisa went the extra mile to.help customer, calling another location to correct a small mixup. Her staff at the Millington location was equally helpful We will definitely return to this location when we have a shopping day in Millington again. Thank you Lisa again♥️

marshall was my cashier and he was very professional and polite and also had great customer service. My family had a big order so he kept us updated on the status on the food, made sure every modified order was correct, and kept checking to see if we needed anything during our visit

Whataburger was a welcome addition to fast food in Millington! I love all their food but my favorite is the tiny french fries dipped in the gravy. Yums! The food is always hot and fresh and the service quick.
