Whataburger

Driving through & stopped for breakfast on Tuesday, & today (Saturday) on our way back, we stopped for dinner. Friendly atmosphere, clean restrooms. The people who worked understood English as well as Spanish, which helped our group a lot. Be sure to ask for any condiments or napkins as they do not have those stocked out front. Food was fresh & hot both times. Perfect after a long drive & needing some familiarity & comfort before the long drive back home.

Stopped here right after crossing back into the U.S., and it was exactly what I needed. The restaurant was clean, and the staff was super accommodating. I tried the Sweet & Spicy Bacon Burger, and it was incredible. If you're looking for a reliable pit stop with great Texas hospitality, this is the place to go. Don't forget to grab some spicy ketchup!

This location is tattered and worn and could use some TLC. The high volume of foot traffic generated by the nearby international border crossing has nodoubt contributed to the wear. The staff are generally polite, but rushed due to the overwhelming quantity of people. There are better options nearby, but if youre a whataburger buff, it's worth the stop. (:

We purchased two burgers after midnight on Sunday 1/25 from the drive through. My Burger was hot to touch and my Girlfriend's was cold. Two hours after eating she started throwing up uncontrollably. I'm fairly certain that burger she had, had been sitting there for hours and was the origin of her food poisoning! Never will eat there again I don't understand why they could not cook a fresh patty for her Burger. Her throwing up lasted over 24 hrrs, it was nonretractable. She was still throwing up while her stomach was empty just bile.

Speedy Service, Cashier was friendly and very helpful. Restrooms were really clean considering the influx of people coming in and out from the border crossing.
