This is one of the best Whataburger locations in the Memphis area. I do a lot of traveling, and moved from Texas, and I have to say - this store has some of the friendliest employees and the food is hot and fresh. You can't beat a real, unfrozen, beef burger - that's how we do it back home
I’ve only eaten here once with my wife the food is overpriced for what it is, the food wasn’t even good. We had to wait 20 minutes for our food and they weren’t even busy. Then every time I have to DoorDash or uber food from there you have to tell them that you’re there or you ain’t getting that food you’ll just sit there in that corner waiting forever. This place is terrible I wish they would’ve built a Burger King or something else better than this place!
Like all WAB, don't be in a hurry. The service was good. Staff was exceptionally friendly. Food was fresh and hot. This location was definitely faster than others in the area, but still not super fast. But I don't mind waiting for fresh cooked to order. Spicy ketchup is always on-point.
I drive trucks all over the country and this is probably the best restroom I’ve ever been in like it smelled immaculate I’m so mad k just had to pee…S/O Whataburger from a District of Columbia top notch fast food restaurant….they care and gaf and know what it takes to keep a good business.
The service was fine, but the burger was undercooked for my tastes. Pink inside except for the very edges of the burger. The restaurant was clean, easy to get in/out and a friendly staff.
