Stopped in this morning for breakfast during a very long drive, I was super impressed with not just the food quality but customer service. The employees Preston and Donte went above and beyond. I was so tired from the drive and asked so many questions about the menu and they were so patient and friendly with me. I ended up settling with biscuits and gravy ( which was top tierr ) but mainly loved the level of customer service they reached. It’s hard to find that in fast food service these days. You can tell those guys really take pride in their work and care about the customer. Will definitely be stopping here my next time going through defuniak

Just went through drive through. Super quick. Food was nice and hot. Drive through person wanted to know if we wanted to upside and we said yes to a med size drink only. She handed is a small drink. She said we didn't upsize. I tried to explain that we did and she cut me off while speaking and said she would get the med drink. She handed us a large. Otherwise, they were very courteous using lsst name and first when greeting us.

Cranberry apple salad was surprisingly good. Very good location. Take back way behind drive thru to catch traffic signal to make a left back to the interstate.

Order on the app! They scam you at the store in person. I got the kids meal strips. They charged me 40 cents for a sauce to go with it. I didn’t even want sauce! Cookie was old and hard. Also big sign saying FREE kids meal with adult meal. It wasn’t truly free. It was $5.79 and they deducted $5.29. Fries were soggy and barely warm. The place was packed so not sure how I got old fries.

Pulled in her about 712 on a Tuesday morning, no other cars ahead of me. Ordered 1 SEC biscuit meal and 1 SEC taquito meal. Pull up to the windows, received my drinks immediately. Didn't receive my food until after 730. Almost a 20 minute wait for 2 of their basic breakfast items. Worst part? Food wasn't even hot like it was made fresh and was? WHAT WAS THE HOLDUP. people expect fast food to be FAST. I've even tried ordering ahead on the app. Same issue. You have to check in and wait 10-15 minutes before you get food. What's the point of ordering ahead on an app if it's not going to speed it up? It's ridiculous.
