Customer Reviews
Note I am a Whataburger fan and this review is based on fast food restaurants not gourmet burgers great food, friendly service clean interior and exterior implement of parking. Nice streamers. Food was great and freshly prepared. Would recommend planning on coming back.
This is the first time I've ever been disappointed with Whataburger's food quality. I ordered a Whatachicken with onion rings and got a fountain drink. The chicken and the onion rings both tasted as if the grease isn't changed regularly. The fountain drink was flat, so it was like drinking syrup. To top it off, my food was at room temperature before I got halfway through eating it.
Store was clean. Went through the drive thru. Person on the speaker asked ' what do you want" upon arrival, then what else" after every item. Young lady taking payment and delivering food was very short and curt in her responses. She was probably having a bad night but you certainly don't convey that to your customer.
I’m on the keto diet and tried to order four hamburger patties—just the patties. The cashier told me the total was $32. I’ve ordered this many times at other Whataburgers and it has NEVER been anywhere near that price. I asked why it was so high, and she said she rang it up as four full Whataburgers with no bun. I explained that all she needed to do was ring up a triple meat (about $13) and add one patty (less than $3). No meal—just a burger and an extra patty. Instead of fixing it, the manager came up and insisted she rang it up “correctly,” which is simply not true. They kept saying the only way to do it is to ring up four full burgers to get four patties. That makes no sense and shows they don’t know how to properly use the register or help customers with simple requests. This is the
Ordered food and then waited 22 minutes in line. The food clearly sat there about as long as my wait. When I got to the window, the cashier did not greet me. She actually counted money and organized the till before verifying my order even though I’d been waiting a ridiculous length of time. She picked my bag up from behind the register, not from the warming area. Fries were cold, but also over salted. The tortilla on my wrap was mainly rubbery, but one side was so hard my dog chewed it like rawhide. The chicken was cold and soggy from the ranch, as were the lettuce and tomato. The food was disgusting and inedible. When I tried to call, no one answered. I got assistance through customer service, who also advised me to contact the store manager. Every time I have called, I have gotten rude a
