I went to whata burger last night on lunch break and got a 3 piece chicken tenders meal. The food was cold and the tenders were tough couldn’t even eat them. I called and told them and the manager Victoria remade my whole order when I got off off work in the morning and this time it was amazing hot and fresh!! Thanks for making it right!
Mrs.Elena is very warm and professional. She is always smiling. Always asks if ai need any condiments. She makes my day and she always is giving out good energy.
Super friendly and sweet staff!y biscuits were warm even though I ordered at the very end of breakfast. I don't know who was working the 2nd window(1/10/26) but this lady was super sweet and very orderly.
Cashiers were so sweet, welcoming, and so nice. I ordered quite a bit of food and when I went to walk out one of them offered to open the door for me. Love this kind of service
