Whataburger

Asked for extra regular ketchup got spicy instead asked for a large bun got Texas toast instead I work at Whataburger in my town and I would get a write up so fast with these mistakes management needs to do better will not be coming back.

Whataburger is hands-down the best fast-food burger joint in town, & drive-thru service seems to have improved recently. My main complaints are the French fries, which are so small/skinny now, they're basically potato crumbs! Also, staff have become VERY stingy with the condiments, to the point you have to ask for them, then ask for more when they only give you one (ketchup)! Finally, prices seem to be going up regularly, but that's everywhere, I guess?!!

Service at the counter was slow - even though there was no line. The drive-thru seems to get all the action so I’d recommend that. And holy-cow the large cup is huge. Food is okay.

This is my first time back in Texas in years, and this is the first Whatburger I've eaten at since being back. Fantastic experience! Hope and the other employees were so kind and fun to talk to and be around. Im really glad I got to eat at this one.

The service was ok but employee in drive-thru not customer-friendly my biscuits was hard I just wouldn't recommend this Whataburger to anybody... They rude and manger playing with employees while a line is around the building.. please get it together
