Some of the best service I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant - the server was super friendly, the burger was tasty, and the music choice was superb. Thanks Whataburger!!!
This is by far the best Whataburger location I have been in. (Candelaria and Eubank) Customer service exceeds expectations. Every employee was very friendly and helpful. I loved the Christian music playing. This may explain the greatness in service. Unfortunately, I dont remember the nice ladies name who took my order, but wish I did. Exceptional! I was there around 11:30 AM on Saturday November 29th if that helps.
Waited 10 mins in drive thru for 1 breakfast on a bun sandwich. Never received it. Had to get a refund or I'd be late to work. Also, I have received a sandwich completely missing the egg from the same location. Don't go there for breakfast. The dinner crew seems much more capable.
Hadn't been in this location in a few years because of previous experience. Went in today and had the most positive experience. The service, beginning with the young man at the counter who PATIENTLY walked us through various app questions, was over the top for a fast food restaurant. The lady who brought our food was courteous, the food was great and the restaurant was clean. Very refreshing after experiencing the decline in service and food at restaurants since 2020. Great job managers and franchisees. Thank you and Merry Christmas.
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint about my experience at your establishment this morning, November 14, 2025. while picking up a DoorDash order. Upon arrival, I was informed of a new policy regarding order pickups. Due to extended drive-thru wait times, I was directed to enter the facility. Inside, I requested to speak with the manager on duty to provide constructive feedback about the new policy. Unfortunately, the manager—who appeared to be in his early-to-mid-twenties—demonstrated a dismissive and unprofessional attitude. He interrupted me mid-sentence, walked away while giving a dismissive thumbs-up, and ignored further attempts to engage. When I sought assistance from another manager, Veronica, she also dismissed my feedback and refused to provide the name of the first manag
