What Chefs Want!

Your trucks are constantly making road hazards and almost causing wrecks in Carbondale on a regular basis. Parking in no parking lanes, bus zones, or straight up in the middle of the street. I have witnessed this for the past three days straight.

All the receiving men got me unloaded quick and were very professional. Plenty of space to do maneuvers to get in the dock. When you come in go to the gate that says condit.

This driver i unfortunately had the opportunity to meet. Not only did he block us off in our own alley way- but continued to address me rudely for absolutely no reason. Tell me I had no life for addressing the fact that we weren’t going to back up into fast moving traffic with an infant in the car. I get that the street is blocked off. He can’t access Marzicks. However I should be allowed to pull of of my garage to my home and not be forced backwards into traffic on colfax. And - before he turned on my alley, he should have looked to make sure someone wasn’t coming down the street or headed opposite direction to the way he entered to allow us to exit safely. Even then, following with extra rudeness when I wanted the details of his company so I could report him- I said nothing to him other

I called to confirm, they take load from 7am to 3pm, you can park overnight here the picture shows the receiving entrance and the docks. There is such a tiny gap for the dock 🙃 so 3 stars

I came at 7 in the morning, I waited exactly 6 hours, there were 6 or 7 trucks, they are irregular and slow, while the trucks are waiting, they eat their food in front of us and do not hold back their conversations, I guess the manager of this place does not see them, they are very slow and rude.
