Wetzel's Pretzels

I recently visited the store , Good customer service ,they served the fresh tasty food . Overall , it was a great experience . Must visit :)

Just drove 12 miles to the Post Mall and the location was closed even though the website said open 11-6. Very PO'd

Terrible service, I have a gift card, which stay away from, on my phone app that they would not honor because they don't have the scanner and do not have to take gift cards. Employee did not comprehend what I was trying do in payment. Spoke to the owner over the phones and was told it is private ownership and do not have to take gift cards. Out $25.00. Never will go back.

I had a good experience they greeted me with a nice smile they were professional and when I went to pretzelmaker I got a dog bites and they were undercooked so I had to throw it out I also saw pretzelmaker make there food without washing there hands or using gloves so overall wetzels prerzels is better than pretzelmaker

Excellent customer service. And fresh product. When i come to mall shopping I always get cheese pretzel and wetzel dog .. Thanks
