Wetzel's Pretzels

I always get their pretzels, can’t lie they’re really good. However, this employee was being rlly stingy when I showed her the 20% mall employee discount. The paper said it’s for all purchases, not a specific one. She wouldn’t give me the discount unless i purchased it with a drink, which I only wanted a pretzel. I was also on budget, smh. this happened in the wetzel location stand near gap factory

I have recently visited the Wetzels Pretzels location in the Jersey gardens mall and must say I felt joyous at how great the customer service was provided towards me by the lovely associate name Maria. She was very swift, and patient with me while serving. And on top of that she conveyed great communication when I had trouble choosing my order. Would definitely recommend to friends and family I hope to experience again on my next visit. 😃

Great food but customer service was little rude. They were giving some free samples of sweet pretzels and we wanted to taste so that we could buy. We asked but she refused to give. Felt insulting and didn’t feel like buying anymore here .

Really didn't enjoy the attitude from the manager, the food itself was good, was put off by the service however. The other employees were mostly joys themselves however.

Unprofessional staff !!! Unclear location all time !!! No any explanation, how u can find them in the giant trade canter !!!
