Amazing customer service, food was warm and soft.. place is clean and organized would definitely recommend.. looking forward coming back
The service and the atmosphere of this place were absolutely amazing! The cashier greeted us with a smile, and the time our orders were given was quick! Make sure the next time you want a quick, yummy snack, or a drink, stop by Wetzel's Pretzels!
The service was fine, but the pretzel was very flat and not fresh. Really disappointing for the price. I think I paid around $15 for one pretzel, a sauce, and a lemonade freeze. I thought it would be a nice treat after doing the groceries, but I won't return again.
If you want to wake up in the middle of the night to throw up and have diarrhea knowing this place was the last thing you ate. NEVER AGAIN COMING BACK (got two cinnamon pretzels, one mini hotdogs, one icing and one cheese)
We always come here for some pretzels. Never had stomach issues like some. And staff is always super nice.
