Wetzel's Pretzels

I had to stop and get one of Wetzels Pretzels! Delicious, warm, soft, cinnamon pretzel was amazing! They have other flavors such as almond crunch, plain and even pizza! Service was great! Very friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend you try their pretzels if you haven't! I'll be back for sure!

Stopped by this pretzel shop for a snack during a trip to The Mall of America. They serve a variety of pretzels from plain, to pizza, to cinnamon sugar, and hot dog wrapped ones. They also serve fountain drinks, frozen drinks, bottled water, and other drinks. I ordered the dog bites and a frozen strawberry lemonade during my stop. Why did I only give it 2 stars? The pretzel dog bites were burnt on the bottom. They tasted very bitter, as burnt foods tend to taste so they were not enjoyable. The frozen lemonade was not quite frozen either. Overall, it looks like they need some improvements in their processes. I would try a different pretzel place in all honesty.

Horrid! Do not come here Worst / slowest service ever 4 people behind counter, 1 person at register, line as long as you can see. But, I want $20 min wage and a tip.

I noticed that both bags of pretzel bits were burnt (cinnamon sugar)!!! I called customer service twice. This was the first time I experienced this, and the guy behind the counter on 6/10/23 at 8 pm tried to pour loads of cinnamon sugar so it could cover the burnt bag of bits! I thought that the second bag would be at least cooked better.... Nope! Just as burnt!

I ordered a cinnamon bite, a jalaroni, and a regular frozen lemonade. That should NOT cost up to $28 dollars (tax included). Also, they didn’t give me my receipt either. SCAM.
