Western Bagel

Such a great bagel spot! The bagels are super fresh and tasty, and the vibe is awesome. Everyone who works there is so nice and friendly — it just feels good walking in. Definitely my new go-to place for bagels! Highly recommend the jalapeño everything and cheese bagel with jalapeño cream cheese

I decided to give this place a try for the first time today. I ordered a bagel toasted with cream cheese with one more bagel to go. They called me to the register once my order was done, but by the time I checked out, they couldn't find my order. It walked off with someone else. It was a bit annoying to have the extra wait for them to remake my order but it's fine, it happens. But once I got home, I realized my toasted bagel had been burnt, giving it a bitter taste throughout. It also had very little cream cheese on it. And my second bagel was wrong too, it wasn't the flavor I requested. I was pretty disappointed overall and this was not a great first impression. I will be going to the bagel shop down the road in the future.

I’ve been coming to this Western Bagel location for 35 years, and unfortunately, today will be my last visit. After waiting 25 minutes in line, while watching four people in front of me leave because it was moving so slowly. I finally ordered two toasted bagels with cream cheese and a coffee. I asked for an everything bagel but was given a jalapeño cheese everything bagel instead, which is an upcharge. Because the line was so long, I decided to just take it and eat what they served, but after a couple of bites I realized I really wasn’t happy with it. When I went back to the counter to let them know, instead of offering basic customer service, I was told, “You ate part of it.” No apology for the mistake, no acknowledgment of the extra charge—just blame for taking a bite of the wrong bagel
