West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources benifits

Do you all have any clue how to do your jobs? Because of your coding error, our insurance is screwed up for one of our kids(the only one you originally approved, even tho all of the paperwork was the same). Because of your mistake he will be on Medicaid for a yr while the other two we can't get approved to be covered until next month. The other two were originally denied. When we spoke with the people in Charleston, they had no idea how you all had messed up so badly. We wonder why people can't get the assistance they need it's because of incompetent people that are hired into these jobs .

Every time we come up for review they lose our paperwork and our benefits get shut off. This has happened every 6 months for 7 years. They need to fire everyone in that office and get ppl who know what they are doing. They say you haven't turned in the paperwork. Well I make them make copies, sign and date them. They still want to argue that you didn't do it even when you show them the signed copy they printed for you. Absolute disgrace to the system!!!
