Got a CT Scan on Wednesday 2/18 and today is Monday 2/23 and the radiologist still hasn’t read it. I called medical records and they told me they have several people complaining because their test hasn’t been read. This is totally unacceptable and they need to find another radiologist.

Be very precise and clear when talking to the intake nurse. He added “IV drug use” to my chart when I’ve never even seen anything like that let alone told him that! On top of that. They don’t listen. I told them my current prescriptions (they gave me the wrong dose in the hospital bc of this) and he got that wrong somehow. I told him my past surgeries. He wrote none. Which I’m pretty sure is falsifying medical documents. While in the hospital they were talking about my left leg when it’s my right leg. They’re adjusting my blood thinner and the student says “close enough”… noooo! If you go to general hospital you absolutely WILL wait a crap ton of hours and see maybe 2 actual professionals. I strongly believe if you can make it to Memphis or Nashville. You do that. To save your own life. I

We couldn’t have been cared for any better! The 2 ladies in admissions were very nice and friendly, we didn’t get their names. The nurse in preop ( I think her name was Kelly) was amazing! She was very friendly and professional and was great at calming my husband’s nerves. I was informed about his condition while in surgery and informed about him going to recovery. The nurse in SDS was Latassia and she was very good! Very helpful and friendly. She took great care of us. Mark was the physical therapist and I can’t say enough good things about him. He was so knowledgeable about the exercises and what he should do and what to expect. Everyone we came in contact with was friendly and seemed to love their work. Thank you all so very much for the excellent care!!

I had to go to main hospital on 2 separate days for tests. Every single person I was in contact with, at least 20 were all courteous, helpful worked hard to help me. I was very impressed

Honestly your staff is not empathetic at all. They are terrible at making you feel comfortable (considering your at the hospital). They don't care to ask if you need, you could freeze because they rather gossip or enjoy phone time rather than ask if you need anything for example a blanket. Kinda feels like they are hoarding the blankets. My last two visits were full of these "doctor" gaslighting me yet fail miserably at the examination part of your visit. Like I get it of your just there for a paycheck kuddos to you but your sincerely denying a person the right proper health care and causing there health concerns to be dismissed and invalidated by your lack of passion for what you do.
