Wendy's

I just left after literally waiting 6 mins for my food ONLY to recieve a half of container of cold fries. Why make me wait for cold food?!?! Maybe have the woman with the ponytail come to work sober next time

Good service they forgot I ordered until I went to the counter. Food is good yum.

They used to be excellent. However, my past few orders with them have had something wrong. Latest was the salad. They forgot the chicken! I even double checked my receipt to confirm I didn't make the mistake. Receipt was fine. They truly forgot to add chicken to my salad! Now I'm hungry after driving all the way home! Very annoying to spend $12 for a salad meal that is missing the protein. Speaking of their salads, they've gotten smaller. They charge the same price, but you get significantly less. I'm done with Wendy's now $9 "side salads"(not full like they used to be), along with this particular Wendy's who can't get my order correct anymore.

I will tell you why I am rating everything so low. I went to the drive through last night at 10:40 pm. knowing that this particular Wendy's was SUPPOSED to be open until midnight. When I got there, the lights were still on but the recording at the drive-thru machine informed me that they were closed. Closed. Closed? Over an hour before they were supposed to be. I thought Wendy's was the "open late" place. Well, this one wasn't and has lost my business, and if they want it back I want someone in their corporate office to reach out to make this right. Luckily, the McDonald's right across the street was open at 10:40 p.m. and their hot fries were delicious.

Drove all the way there because I really wanted a baconator. Got home and of course there was no baconator. $11 for a regular burger and small fries. I ordered 2 things and 1 was wrong. Thanks for nothing
