Great staff including RAY, the ROCKSTAR of a constant worker with the friendly attitude, always hustling through from sweeping up spills, receiving and stocking the incoming deliveries plus always a warm greeting at this Wind Gap location. This morning, Toni, was pleasant and perfect in my order. Great! Nice and hot, great breakfast, early bird deals.

Made my food wrong for the 50th time…the place wasn’t even busy how did my burgers get less then what they come with on them??? Like be serious it’s not a hard job just badly managed… chili wasn’t stirred just onions tossed in it sitting on top I have no spoon either 😅 y’all expect me to eat this with my hands or something??? I get I added two extra things to my burgers but be serious that’s part of fast food service I paid for those extra things!! I even added a picture of how the food should come that’s how much of a failure this place is becoming. I’ve been going here for over 8 years since my wife has worked there.

Matilda the manager I believe (she’s got long black/brown hair & she’s short) she is extremely nice. The most pleasant person that I have ever come across dealing with fast food! She’s extremely friendly and excellent customer service! She should be applauded for her service! Other than that when I received my baked potato , the tall African American man that was on the line with the skinny tall white guy on the line , he obviously didn’t like that I wanted him to change his gloves and took it out on my baked potato , (I always have the workers change their gloves before handling my food , a lot of people have issues with that ) he had an issue with that and he purposely smashed it all the way up , all the skin was even torn as well . This place is a joke. I recently went to drive through around 11:30pm. They missed a frosty I ordered I had to ask them for it. Never asked me what kind of sauce I wanted for my chicken strips. Just gave me barbecue then charged me for the kind I wanted. Stuffed way too much food in a biggie bag and when I got home and picked up bag out of my car it ripped and all my food was on the sidewalk. Had to throw away all the fries and chicken nuggets. Also the cinnebon was rock hard and inedible.
