Wendy's

I spent 40+ min in the drive through at 7pm, not because they were understaffed or the dining room was full - the staff just sat around and were BSing with one another. When we got our food, fries were cold and lacking in volume.

So I’m a NOC shift worker and during the night there’s not a lot of places that are open but Wendy’s oh my gosh, I can always rely on them. The service is great. The food is always made fresh and the people there… they’re just awesome! So my five stars go directly to the people that work at night. Thank you! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Hamburgers and chicken sandwich were good look and and tasted great. However the fries were so salty you couldn’t eat them and the trio of frosty’s we were super excited to try were just liquid not frozen at all so $7 for liquid ice cream with flavoring is DEFINITELY not worth it. I tried to call to talk to the manager to see if we could make it right and they don’t ever answer the phone. Normally they are great but definitely missed the mark by a lot tonight

Went to this Wendy's today after shopping at Walmart. First thing we noticed was how few customers there were. Only 2 tables had people eating inside and 6 workers behind the counter, the drink station was not stocked and a little dirty. I paid for my food at 2:26 pm, gave a pretty clear order, 5 biggy bag with bacon double stack no mustard and a side of mayo. Went to get my drink but a few sodas and other beverages were completely out. I waited for my food for almost 20 minutes, 2:44 pm is when my food finally came out. There were not very many customers or orders going in so I do not understand what took so long. At one point the person I am assuming is the manager yelled that they were waiting for my sandwich to which the other worker replied I am getting on it, was still about 6 minute

I usually am not one to post like this but this place is in desperate need of a restaf your gonna be there for 30 mins to and hour minimum for a basic meal the workers are extremely unprofessional and as someone thats worked food i can tell you they do not take sanitary procedures seriously and ignore them if you want wendys id recommend just driving 10 extra minutes your most likely gonna be home faster anyway
