I had to wait 15 minutes for my mobile order and after she brought it out and I told her thank you.. I got an eyeroll and mmhmm. I love Wendy's but the workers here are horrible and so rude. It's the same attitude every time I go.
I love Wendy’s mushroom bacon burger and Ghost Pepper Chicken burger. The staff are friendly.
I absolutely love Wendy's! This one is a great location. Food is usually always fresh whether you are getting breakfast or lunch. No matter how busy they are, you are usually in and out in 16 minutes with fresh food!
This place is 99% ON POINT, in my experience since I was 10th grade at least. But feelings were hurt by the old "shank-style" fries I got last week. I know they can do better though even though someone was caught lacking.
Wendy's in Helena has the poorest service they are so slow and cars backed up to the road they are very rude to the customers and you never get your order correct ever. French fries always cold. And workers need hair nets & gloves.
