Walked in at 3 PM to order dine in the Manager comes to the front with several employees there and says sorry I can’t take your order you have to go through drive-through. We’re not accepting order is in the dining room right now because we don’t have anyone to cash you out. This is the manager we’re talking about here. Was the manager not trained properly on company protocols? Does the manager not have the ability to cash someone out in the dining room? Completely amazed at the lack of customer service by the manager on December 18 at 3:03 PM

There is a duality to this restaurant.. The night crew is absolutely amazing here every single time that time come to get food at night. However, I cant seem to get a good experience in the morning. Multiple times ive placed mobile orders and whoever is in the restaurant when I arrive behaves as if it is closed when the app and the web say it's open. No response from the intercom, nobody at the window, nobody visible from the window whatsoever, lights are off. I've been there 20 minutes with no contact before having to cancel the order multiple times. One time I got service, but the girl tells me they dont have eggs for the sandwiches I ordered... which is honestly unacceptable, but I said whatever and took the breakfast sandwiches with no egg. Their stupid AI drive through got my entire order wrong and it refused to get me an actual staff member to help me. I just left. Im not gonna wait around for ten minutes just to speak to a person because corporate wanted to cheap out.

This…… place….. SUCKS!!! Barely any of the food is ready and it’s 1pm. No chili and any chicken sandwich’s is always a 10-15 minute wait. No drinks for days now!!!! I’ll never go here again. Go to Burger King across the street! They are always prepared for lunch.

I used to go here. Service is bad, no one wants to wait on you. Standing 3-5 minutes before someone acknowledges your existence is strange. Soda machine stays flat, I’ve even mentioned several times the drinks are flat. Just get strange looks. Luckily other places exist.
