Honestly it's one of the best Wendy's I have eat at. I eat here just about every day and the service and speed is unmatched. Highly recommend for a quick meal in the Wayne area.
After the third order messed up in 2 weeks, I’m complaining. Chicken sandwich had moisture it looked like, didn’t appear white mayo, 1 shred of lettuce, literally!! I have pics. I ordered bacon cheese potato. I received a hard potato with cheese only, zero bacon. No sour cream that I ordered. I ordered 2 drinks with 1 straw. You ever drove and try to drink without a straw. I talked to the manager Jacob, the voice when he came on the phone. Already told me he was really concerned. He Had excuse for everything!! I told him I didn’t order excuses. I ordered food. $35 worth. Now, with all this said. If this was the first time, I wouldn’t have complained. This Is a common problem with this Wendy’s. Management don’t care, why should the employees, that seems to be the mentality there. Th
I absolutely love the morning staff. Breakfast has been fresh at every visit. Decent coffee options.
Bacon on burger was so hard it couldn’t be chewed with the burger and the baked potato was almost like it was nuked for 45 min. Honestly the worst potato I’ve ever seen. I can’t believe they actually served it to anyone.
Dining area had dirty tables and food all over the floors underneath the tables countertop where you got your straws and lids was dirty as well
