Hello Wendy’s corporate please check your staff my order was so damn sloppy I almost puked looking at it. They gave me expired fries and a sloppy tossed around sandwich the only thing they got correct is the drink … it’s people in there who are lazy and don’t like their jobs so get rid of them! Its terrible customer service to be an already slow location and they still mess up the orders as a previous fast food manager for over 10 years I’d never allow something like this to go out to ANY of my customers. And I think your location needs to be investigated by higher management because no one should ever spend their money on food YOU or YOUR staff would not eat I mean look at this …YUCKKKKK !!! Food is always good. Service is hit and miss. Sometimes they are pleasant and acknowledge you're there, other times they are too busy talking to other peeps. 🤷‍♀️

They make mistakes and offer to fix it but make you go out of your way and come inside as if they haven’t inconvenienced you enough by not being capable of not screwing up a single meal order in the first place. “When dealing with customers issues we have you come inside” wasn’t my issue, it’s yours, I don’t work for Wendy’s.

Waited 20 minutes for 2 burgers and a nugget. Got a Dave’s single but did not come with any lettuce or tomatoes and was just bad. Fries were barely lukewarm and stale like they had been sitting for a while.

I was satisfied with my order. I ordered on the app and everything was ready on time and the order was correct. My one complaint is with the burger not being as hot or fresh as I was expecting. I was also happy with service and the store looked really clean inside.
