Originally posted 3 months ago. Fresh, crisp, leaf lettuce was a BIG part of what set Wendy's apart from others for us. Not liking the recent shift to shredded iceberg lettuce at all. It is wilted, watery, on the verge of browning and unappetizing. Update: it seems the chicken breast has been replaced by a chicken patty that is lacking in texture, flavor, seasoning. I'm a regular here. Service is great. Spicy Chicken sandwich was my go to favorite. Sacraficing quality to keep prices low is a mistake. I'll be driving to Popeye's in Oxnard to get a Spicy Chicken sandwich for the time being.
Is this Wendy's going out of buisness? Looks run down and very poorly maintained with lots of homeless outside.. there buisness hours are like for kids that go to be bed by 8pm on a Friday and Saturday night lol, is Wendys known now as W?
Went thru drive thru, got my simple hamburger request wrong so I had to then park and go inside to get it right. When I was placing my order the cashier was very inpatient
Stopped by today to try the new French Toast Sticks. They smelt delicious!!!! We did a taste test between Wendy's vs Burger King French Toast Sticks.... And sad to sad Burger King Sticks won hands down, which was so surprising because all of the other Breakfast items from Wendy's are so good (especially the breakfast potatoes).
BEWARE eat elsewhere. Dirty and Horrible service . If eating food after the young man working the counter 8/27 has repeatedly run his hands through his hair and then packages burgers and fries with the same hands is what sounds good to you then take a dare and go. I chose to walk in and stood waiting for someone to greet you to order. The entire staff just ignores all customers in the restaurant when they ask where there items are. Literally like some odd drones that look over and continue on Yhen I see the kid running his hands through his hair and I thought surely he is going to wash his hands or at least put on a on glove. NOPE. GROSS. The drive thru is always busy so maybe the franchisee doesn't care enough to hire quality staffbor keep a good store, or maybe they don't pay well whate
