Wendy's

This Wendy’s takes fast food and removes the fast part entirely. The service was painfully slow, with long waits and zero communication about what was taking so long. Standing around felt awkward, like the staff was annoyed that customers existed at all. The atmosphere didn’t help either. It was tense, unwelcoming, and uncomfortable—more like waiting in a DMV than grabbing a quick meal. No music, no energy, just frustration hanging in the air. And after all that waiting, the food was wrong. Missing items, incorrect toppings, and a burger that looked like it was slapped together without a second thought. If you’re going to make people wait, the least you can do is get the order right. Slow service, bad vibes, and messed-up food make this Wendy’s a spot I won’t be returning to.

Terrible terrible terrible customer service. The very second they saw multiple people/my soccer team it showed all over their face that they did not want to serve us. The manager had the rudest face and her and her whole staff talked about us. I instantly was mad seeing it big kept quiet for my girls to order food. For my players to feel uncomfortable on their own and saw they had an issue, I was done. This is the second experience like this at this exact location. Worst customer service I’ve experienced. We will never try them again.

The only thing good about this Wendy’s location is the communal chess. I came in around 7pm and got my order taken by Michelle . She was hostile and rude from the beginning, constantly sighing, rolling her eyes and just straight up attitude.she acted towards me as I was an unwanted guest.I got a bacon cheeseburger in which I asked her what was on it and she did not tell me I couldn’t get a word in about it because of her. I then went up there because it wasn’t how I wanted and she tried to blame me and gave me even more attitude.GO THROUGH DRIVEWAY!!!!

FIRE MICHELLE.I went to dine at this location at around 8 pm and as I was placing my order the cashier was rude and just angry to be there and was taking it out on. me she didn't let me get a word in about my order constantly interrupted me by saying "is that all" and did not tell me what was on the burger after I had asked . I'm disappointed in the way I and my peers were treated, DO BETTER WENDYS!!! I won't be going back.

We ate in and food was nice and hot. It's worth mentioning that it was slow at that time. It got busy later on and I did observe some orders being done incorrectly. They happily fixed it but it's good to double check your order(s). Inside was nice and clean. They are connected to a gas station so the bathrooms were nice and clean.
